| When will my order be shipped? |
| Most products are in stock and usually ship within 48 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it.
If an item is not in stock or the shipment is delayed, you will be notified

| How long does delivery take? |
Please be advised that our shipment policy is as follows: US-based orders take a total of 3 to 7 business days,
orders placed from within Canadian border arrive within 5 to 20 business days.
All other international packages take approximately 5 to 25 business days to arrive.

Yes, you can track them on the order detail page in My Account section.
Please note USPS provides delivery confirmation and that information occasionally does not
update until the package is delivered. |

| What shipping courier is used to ship my order and what are its rates? |
In the United States, we ship orders using USPS with delivery confirmation
In Canada, we usually ship using USPS.
Orders above $50 usualy are shipped via UPS or Fedex
Order within USA and Canada are shipped for Free |

| Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses? |
| Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses using USPS First Class Mail. We are unable to provide delivery confirmation for these shipments. |

Yes, we do. Please contact us for rates and details.
NOTE Canada may require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment.

| What shipping method is used for intenational orders? |
| Orders under $50 are normally are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Orders above $50 usualy are shipped via UPS or Fedex. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import tax and duty charges. Contact your customs office for specific details |

| In this day and age of consumer democracy and competition, every customer has the right to expect the very best.
We support this statement. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased from us,
simply return it for the item price refund (shipping/handling not included regardless of the shipping offers used during purchase).
Just make sure the items are sent back unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the items arrive at your door.
Products showing clear signs of wear cannot be resold and therefore should not be returned as we cannot refund them.
Exchanges are available and may entail additional shipping costs.
Shipping labels may be provided via e-mails to the customer.
The only process easier than returning our products is buying from us!
